And yet, they only mention 4 ingredients: Hoodia gordonii, Green Tea Extract, Caffeine Anhydrous, and Chromium Polynicotinate. These 4 ingredients do not, in our opinion, compose the "most complete" diet pill. Nor would we even choose to include Caffeine, which is a stimulant shown to pose safety issues for the heart and blood pressure if misused.

Furthermore, since no diet Supplement Facts or ingredient lists are provided, it is difficult to say whether these diet pills ingredients are provided in amounts sufficient for effectiveness in a fast weight loss diet, or even if other ingredients are included, such as fillers.
