Appesat Diet Pill Review

Appesat, by Goldshield, is designed to help people achieve fast weight loss and reduce hunger and food cravings by signaling the brain that the stomach is full. Their philosophy is commendable, as they claim their weight loss products "allow people to successfully learn new, healthy eating habits" by training them to eat smaller portions. They also encourage combining their diet pill with a healthy diet and fitness exercise plan.

Appesat is a diet pill composed of what they call "Bioginate Complex," a patented fiber substance extracted from Laminaria digitata, a seaweed harvested from the French Atlantic Coast. These fibers supposedly supress appetite by expanding in the stomach and stimulating receptors in the stomach wall that signal a feeling of being full.

The one study cited was composed of 45 individuals and lasted just a few days. Results were simply based on the subjective opinion of the participants if they felt full. Not the best weight loss diet clinical study we’ve seen. No information was provided as to what exactly was in the 3 capsules of product ingested or in what amount it was provided, or even what amount is needed for effectiveness. Furthermore, no information is provided on Appesat’s website as to what the actual ingredients are or in what quantities they are provided.

As a side note, most people feel more "full" if they simply drink a glass of water 30 minutes before a meal… Just a thought…

Conclusion: Because no information is provided as to the exact ingredients or amounts of ingredients contained in this product, Weight Loss Guide does not recommend the purchase of Appesat Diet Pills.
