The 7X Herbal Weight Loss Complex diet pill, by Botanic Choice, contains 7 "super-charged fat-burners" to supposedly help you burn fat, break down protein, build muscle, and flush out and detoxify your system.
The ingredients include calcium pyruvate, chromium picolinate, bromelain, guarana, cayenne, green tea and chitosan. Green tea extract and chromium picolinate, in particular, have been well-studied for their helpfulness in weight loss diet success. However, at just 50mg and 50mcg respectively, they are not provided in this product in adequate quantities that have been proven for effectiveness in quick weight loss. And chitosan has not been scientifically proven effective at all.
Furthermore, the guarana seed extract is a caffeine-like stimulant, which we do not recommend in the best weight loss products because of the safety risks inherent in stimulants, especially for the heart.
Conclusion: Because of the lack of sufficient ingredient quantities, and the inclusion of stimulants, which pose safety risks, especially for blood pressure and heart health, Weight Loss Guide does not recommend the purchase of the Botanic Choice 7x Herbal Weight Loss Complex Diet Pills.
