Corticarb 3000, by Dynamic Nutritional Research, claims to act as a carb-blocker, boost energy and metabolism while decreasing stress, and supporting fast weight loss.
This weight loss product contains a number of well studied ingredients that have been shown to support weight loss diet related issues, including suppressing enzymes that breakdown carbohydrates, supporting the thyroid and balancing blood sugar. The ingredients in Corticarb 3000 include Chromium, Selenium, White Kidney Bean Extract, Gugglesterones, Green Tea Extract, L-Tyrosine, Citrus Aurantium Extract, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Valerian Root and St. John’s Wort.
We commend them for providing both ingredient and quantity information on their diet pill. Unfortunately, it appears that this product does not contain sufficient amounts of some of these ingredients for best weight loss diet effectiveness. Green tea extract, for example, is most effective closer to 400mg, rather than 250mg. Chromium is most effective closer to 200mcg, rather than 100mcg. And St. John’s Wort is typically used at 300mg, rather than just 50mg, for example.
Furthermore, this diet pill contains Citrus Aurantium, or synephrine, which is similar to ephedrine and is considered a stimulant that increases blood pressure and heart rate. We do not recommend the use of stimulants in quick weight loss aids because of their safety risks, especially concerning heart health.
Conclusion: Because of the insufficient amounts of key ingredients for effectiveness, and the inclusion of stimulants which pose health risks, Weight Loss Guide.com does not recommend the purchase of Corticarb 3000 Diet Pills.
