Cravex diet pill, produced by Natrol, claims to be "scientifically formulated to help reduce appetite and food cravings." It is supposedly an appetite suppressant, carb-blocker, metabolism booster, blood sugar regulator and fat reducer all in one.

The ingredients in Cravex include calcium, chromium picolinate, garcinia cambogia extract, hydroxycitric acid, green tea extract, polyphenols and caffeine. We commend them for revealing not only their ingredients, but the quantities of those ingredients as well. Many of these ingredients have been well-studied and some even proven as effective for weight loss diet related issues, such as green tea extract. The diet supplement would be more effective, however, with greater amounts of some of these ingredients.

Unfortunately, we do not recommend weight loss products that contain caffeine, as stimulants have been shown to pose health risks, particularly for cardiovascular health.
