Curvelle, by iSatori, is a fast weight loss diet pill targeted specifically to women. Supposedly, this diet supplement not only helps women lose weight, but reveals their "beautiful natural curves." Curvelle claims to help supress appetite and sugar cravings, burn off extra calories and even improve skin.
Curvelle diet pills are composed of a proprietary blend of cinnamon extract, raspberry ketones, elderberry extract, green tea extract and caffeine. Of these, green tea extract is the only ingredient that has overwhelming scientific support for its help in a weight loss diet, but this is at quantities of around 400mg. Unfortunately, because Curvelle’s ingredient quantities are hidden within a proprietary blend, it is impossible to know whether any ingredient is provided in effective amounts or not. Additionally, none of these ingredients provide any special benefit just for women, they could just as easily be used by men. And we could think of better ingredients than some of these for the purposes they claim to have.
Furthermore, these weight loss products also contains caffeine. We do not recommend the inclusion of stimulants such as caffeine in weight loss products due to their inherent safety risks, especially for the heart. Especially when so many healthy stimulant-free alternatives are available.
