Diet Rx Diet Pills Review
Diet Rx, developed by Dr. Ray Sahelian, is a diet pill that claims to suppress appetite, balance blood sugar levels, lower cholesterol, increase energy, lift mood, and improve mental focus.
Supposedly "one of the most effective natural herbal weight loss products on the market for appetite suppression," Diet Rx contains no harmful chemicals or stimulants of any kind, which is wonderful. The ingredients in Diet Rx are: ginger, green tea, spirulina, hoodia, cinnamon, apple cider vinegar, apple pectin, garcinia cambogia, glucomannan, grapefruit extract, l-carnitine, alpha lipoic acid, banaba extract, 5-HTP, choline bitartrate, inositol, carnitine, pomegranate, bitter melon, psyllium, coleus forskohlii, fenugreek, guggul, inulin, and chromium picolinate.
Many aspects of a weight loss diet are addressed with all of these different ingredients, including supress appetite, blood sugar, metabolism and fat burning. A few of the above ingredients have been well-documented for their effectiveness in weight loss diet related issues, such as green tea extract. However, many of them are either untested or unproven for effectiveness. And some of them, such as Hoodia, have been well studied, but only as 100% certified pure South African Hoodia Gordonii – and I see no evidence of such certification in this diet supplement.
Furthermore, because the ingredients are all listed under a proprietary blend, it is impossible to ascertain whether any of them have been provided in amounts considered sufficient for quick weight loss effectiveness. Seeing that the blend only provides 894mg per 2 capsules, and some of the ingredients need at least 1000mg alone, I don’t see how enough of anything could be in this product to really be effective.
Conclusion: Because of the lack of ingredient quantity information, Weight Loss Guide.com does not recommend the purchase of the Diet Rx Diet Pill.
