ECA Stack Diet Pills Review
"ECA Stack" is a generic term used to describe the combination of ephedrine, caffeine and aspirin popularly used for fast weight loss before the ban of ephedra. The combined affect of these ingredients was greater than any ingredient used alone, and included a decrease in appetite, thermogenesis and muscle sparing. General opinion is that this combination was extremely successful for fat burning and quick weight loss and has been very difficult to replicate without the use of ephedra/ephedrine.
By using the product name "ECA-Stack", Sports One attempts to capitalize on the popular belief in the effectiveness of the previous ephedrine-caffeine-aspirin combination. This diet pill, however, consists of 500mg guarana, 200mg caffeine, 200mg white willow bark (an herbal "aspirin"), 250mg green tea, 250mg hoodia, 25mg synephrine and 4mg yohimbine.
Green tea extract has been well-studied for its genuine effectiveness in a weight loss diet, and Hoodia has been well-studied for its appetite suppression ability. However, the guarana, caffeine, synephrine and yohimbine are all considered major stimulants, and may pose serious health risks, especially concerning the cardiovascular system. We do not recommend the use of stimulants for weight loss, especially since so many healthy stimulant-free natural weight loss products are available instead.
Conclusion: Because of the inclusion of stimulants which pose health risks, especially for the heart, Weight Loss Guide.com does not recommend the purchase of ECA-Stack Diet Pills.
