boot is not being straightforward with you. This is an immediate red flag as authentic South African
Hoodia is not cheap but is also very hard to find. Even more frightening is the fact that recent studies
show 18 out of 20 hoodia products tested contained NO hoodia at all. Moreover, of all hoodia brands
currently sold in major health food stores NOT EVEN ONE tested positive for hoodia. This travesty has
already caused many to lose hope and to mistakenly dismiss hoodia as just another brouhaha.
- THE OTHER INGREDIENTS LOOPHOLE: This legal trick (well known to supplement

other hand, if it says "silica, cellulose, magnesium stereate, silicon dioxide, potassium
bicarbonate", or anything other than the word "NONE" you know without a doubt that it is NOT PURE!
- C.I.T.E.S. and CERTIFICATES: C.I.T.E.S. and Certificates seen on some websites
can be helpful, but here again, not all things are as they appear. Many of these documents have been stolen
and falsified (including ours which have been stolen and doctored so many times over, we
barely recognize them anymore). Now they're all over the Internet selling fake hoodia. In the midst of
this craziness customers without time to do the necessary research, or who cannot afford real hoodia,
fall victims of unscrupulous vendors online and in their neighborhood corner stores.
- THE OLD SPECIMEN TRICK: By far the easiest and most convincing method of pulling
the wool over the customer's eyes is by obtaining genuine Certificates of Analysis, to display on a
website, based on genuine hoodia specimens that were submitted to the lab. Most people do not stop to
think that these Certificates are issued only for the specimens and not the products themselves. Test
shows that many of these products
(cannot name names for fear of being sued) have absolutely no hoodia at all, and those that do have hardly
any hoodia to speak of.
- THE OLD SHORT-CHANGE TRICK: Unfortunately, most customers don't have high-end
digital scales at home and corrupt hoodia vendors know this. Recent investigations shows these vendors
are short-changing their customers by giving them as much as 250mg less hoodia per capsule. Despite
being in direct violation of Federal labeling laws, they continue to do carry on this practice hoping
no one notices. To make matters worse, most of the the powder may even be counterfeit hoodia to begin
with. But these scammers know no limits. They're not afraid to pull double, triple or even multiple bags
of tricks all at the same time.
