The main diet supplement ingredient in Kre-A-Fem is 600mg of patented Kre-Alkalyn, a form of Creatine. In the past, bloating and water retention was a known side effect of Creatine, but supposedly this patented form of it eliminates that problem. Creatine is popularly used by athletes and bodybuilders (especially men) to supposedly enhance strength and build muscle. However, studies suggest that Creatine is actually not that effective for boosting stamina or acting as an energy booster or even for developing muscle.

The other ingredients in Kre-A-Fem include Calcium, Black Cohosh, Soy Isoflavones, Magnesium, Iron and CoQ10. They may be beneficial for health, but none of these ingredients specifically support fast weight loss. I see nothing in these diet pills that suppress appetite, burn fat, acts as a carb-blocker, enhances mood, or boosts metabolism. So many other weight loss diet products include these components that it seems to me they would be a better choice than Kre-A-Fem diet pills.
