Laci Le Beau’s Super Dieter’s Hunger Control Slim Mix diet pill is a powdered mix added to water that supposedly helps suppress appetite, boosts mood, increases energy and metabolizes fat.
Unfortunately, the ingredients in these weight loss products just don’t add up to the fast weight loss benefits they claim. With a few B vitamins, a miniscule amount of Chromium and 5-HTP, this mix is more of a lame vitamin diet supplement than a weight loss diet or a hunger control product. In fact, they haven’t even included any ingredient I would call a serious hunger controller.
While Chromium Picolinate has been studied for its blood sugar balancing properties, amounts needed are around 200mcg per day, not the 24mcg in this mix. Studies of 5-HTP have also shown some effectiveness as a mood enhancer, but in amounts of 900mg, whereas this diet pill only contains 50mg. And while B vitamins are necessary in the process of metabolizing food into energy and combating stress, I certainly wouldn’t rate them in the top 10 weight loss diet ingredients. All in all, this product just doesn’t have the ingredients I would look for in a well rounded complete weight loss diet formula.
Conclusion: Because of the lack of effective weight loss ingredients or quantities, Weight Loss Guide.com does not recommend the purchase of Laci Le Beau Super Dieters Hunger Control Slim Mix diet pills.
