Additionally, this fiber complex expands in the stomach, promoting a feeling of fullness so less food is subsequently eaten.
Unfortunately, the name of this fiber source remains a mystery as no ingredient list or diet Supplement Facts was provided for these weight loss products anywhere on their website. Therefore, it’s impossible to tell exactly what is in this weight loss diet pill, or how much of it is provided, or whether it’s an ingredient that has been scientifically or clinically proven for quick weight loss.
