However, after scouring the website, it appears that Lipoway only contains one ingredient: glucomannan. A soluble fiber made from the root of the Konjac plant, glucomannan absorbs water and expands in the stomach, producing a feeling of fullness. Therefore, glucomannan may indeed suppress appetite and curb cravings. If less food is eaten, this may lead to weight loss over time. Glucomannan may also assist in moving the bowels and reducing constipation, thus supporting colon health and regularity. And it appears to have cholesterol lowering and blood sugar balancing properties to boot. However, as a fiber diet supplement, glucomannan does not display any energy increasing properties that we know of.
Unfortunately, MicroNutra Health does not provide a diet Supplement Facts or any ingredient information for Lipoway. Therefore, we cannot know if sufficient glucomannan is provided to effectively produce the above weight loss diet results, or if any other ingredients are included, including fillers
