Source of Life with Whole Foods by Nature's Plus is a quality nutrition vitamin that is popular among consumers. It does contain some excellent ingredients. In terms of weight loss, however, it provides very few ingredients. Source of Life contains 20mcg of Chromium – this is an inadequate quantity to provide any weight loss help. In addition, the Chromium is in the form of an aminoate complex rather than in the form of Chromium Picolinate (when it is most effective).

Source of Life does provide 1000mg of Spirulina, which is an appetite suppressant. Unfortunately, without the aid of other ingredients, it will not be able to foster weight loss on its own. WeightLossGuide.com does not recommend the purchase of Source of Life.

Complete Nutritional System by Rainbow Light Nutritional Systems does offer several good ingredients that are helpful when losing weight. It contains 15mcg of Chromium Picolinate. This is not a sufficient quantity to have noticeable results, but it is in the correct form (as opposed to a Niacinate, etc.). Complete Nutritional System also contains 1000mg of Spirulina and 150mg of Chlorella, which are both excellent ingredients, and satisfactory amounts.

Unfortunately, Complete Nutritional System contains very little Vitamin B. Vitamin B is a very important nutrient and it helps increase energy without the use of caffeine or other stimulants. Without sufficient Vitamin B, the other weight loss ingredients will be much less effective.

Without an adequate amount of Chromium Picolinate or Vitamin B, WeightLossGuide.com cannot recommend the purchase of Complete Nutritional System.

Daily One Caps by Twin Lab suffer the same problems as many of the other nutrition vitamins we reviewed – insufficient quantity of Vitamin B and inadequate ingredients for fostering weight loss. Vitamin B is essential in providing energy to the body without the use of foreign substances like caffeine or stimulants. Insufficient energy can lead to insufficient weight loss in a heartbeat!

Daily One Caps contain 200mcg of Chromium, which is a good amount, but that is the only ingredient that could potentially help with weight loss. Without the help of a fat burning or appetite suppressing ingredient, Chromium can't do it all on its own. WeightLossGuide.com cannot recommend the purchase of Daily One Caps.

Life Essence by Pure Essence Labs is very popular and well-received. Users say that it is an excellent multi-vitamin and it gives them energy and makes them feel healthy. If it had a few more ingredients to help with weight loss, we would love it too.

Life Essence contains 200mcg of Chromium, which is a decent amount, but it is in the form of Chromium Niacinate rather than Chromium Picolinate (its most effective weight loss form). Life Essence also contains a good amount of B vitamins, which are helpful with energy.

Unfortunately, without any ingredients to help with appetite suppression, fat burning, or blood sugar regulation, WeightLossGuide.com cannot recommend the purchase of Life Essence.

Like some other nutrition vitamins we have reviewed, Super 2 Daily by Carlson Laboratories does not have an adequate amount of Vitamin B. Vitamin B is a natural source of energy. Our bodies sometimes need a boost of energy, especially during these busy and hectic times, and it's much healthier to do that without the use of caffeine or other stimulants. Unfortunately, the amount of Vitamin B in Super 2 Daily is insufficient.

Super 2 Daily does contain 120mcg of Chromium (from kelp) – this is a good amount and can certainly act as a blood sugar regulator. Unfortunately, that is the only ingredient in this nutrition vitamin that could potentially be helpful with weight loss. WeightLossGuide.com does not recommend the purchase of Super 2 Daily.

VM 100 Complete Vitamins & Minerals by Buried Treasure is a nutrition vitamin in a liquid form. While it has an unusual form, its contents are what you would expect from a nutrition vitamin.

Unfortunately, VM 100 Complete does not contain sufficient ingredients to help with weight loss. It contains only 2.4mcg of Chromium. Additionally, it contains 575mg (the largest quantity in the mix, other than Vitamin C) of something called "Pure Plant Derived Materials" – there is no other information available to know what this mixture consists of.

Instead of taking caplets, one dose is two tablespoons. It can also be mixed with water or juice for easier consumption. WeightLossGuide.com does not recommend the purchase of VM 100 Complete.

Formula VM-75 by Solgar contains several good ingredients for maintaining overall health and well-being. Unfortunately, in terms of weight loss potential, it really has none. It contains 25mcg of Chromium, but that quantity is not enough to have any effect on weight loss. In addition, the Chromium in Formula VM-75 is in the form of Niacin Amino Acid Chelate, which is a less effective form than Chromium Picolinate.

Some of the B Vitamins can help give you energy. While they are not directly related to weight loss, they may boost your energy levels, which would allow you to exercise more. Unfortunately, the quantity of B Vitamins in Formula VM-75 is not overwhelming. WeightLossGuide.com does not recommend the purchase of Formula VM-75.

Once Daily High Energy Multi-Vitamins by Solaray is a popular choice in nutrition vitamins. The regimen only requires that you take one pill per day, making it an easy and convenient option. Unfortunately, its list of ingredients makes it ineffective. Firstly, it has very little Vitamin B (only about 30mg in all its various forms combined). Vitamin B is an essential source of energy for our bodies without having to use caffeine or stimulants.

In addition, Once Daily High Energy contains only 2mcg of Chromium (and it is in the form of Chromium Asporotate, which is not as effective as Chromium Picolinate). It does not contain any other ingredients that would be helpful with weight loss.

Despite its ease of regimen (one pill daily), WeightLossGuide.com cannot recommend the purchase of Once Daily High Energy Multi-Vitamins.
