Phenomannan Diet Pills Review

Phenomannan may have been a "phenomenon" of the past, because it is no longer being offered for sale, and very little information can be found about it.

Apparently, Phenomannan had only three diet supplement ingredients, 2250mg Glucomannan, 250mg Caffeine Anhydrous and 25mg Synephrine HCL. That’s quite a generous helping of Glucomannan, considering that clinical trials only used 1000mg. However, the soluble fiber in Glucomannan absorbs water and swells in the gastrointestinal tract, supposedly bringing about a feeling of fullness to help you eat less.

But even if this diet pill was a good appetite suppressant, we wouldn’t have recommended it anyway, because of the high amounts of stimulants it contains. Not only is caffeine an obvious stimulant, but synephrine is as well, being a chemical cousin to ephedrine, and having many of the same side effects. Stimulants can cause nervousness and insomnia, raise your blood pressure and increase your heart rate, and cause many other health safety concerns. Not what you want to have are weight loss products that are supposed to help you get healthier!

Conclusion:  Because of the inclusion of stimulants, and the fact that this weight loss diet product may have been discontinued, Weight Loss Guide.com does not recommend the purchase of Phenomannan Diet Pills.
