Phentramin-D Diet Pills Review

Phentramin-D is yet one more in the parade of Phentermine wanna-be diet pills. According to their website, "Phentramin-D is NOT an herbal diet supplement or a combination of herbal ingredients, but a scientifically developed chemical compound designed to mimic the effects of the most popular and effective weight loss diet prescription drugs such as Phentermine and Adipex." Like most other weight loss products, Phentramin-D claims to increase your energy, suppress appetite and boost your metabolism to help you achieve fast weight loss.

So just what is this chemical compound that makes Phentramin-D just like Phentermine? Well, one of the ingredients is the very scientific sounding Trimethylxanthine. None other than… plain old caffeine. Yeah, they were being tricky, weren’t they? Another ingredient is Dimethypentylamine Hydrochloride, which is a fancy name for a derivative of geranium oil, yet another central nervous system stimulant. You probably know by now that we do not recommend the use of stimulants in weight loss products. Not only can they cause you to lose sleep at night, but they can also increase your heart rate, raise your blood pressure and many other health safety risks. Definitely not worth it, especially considering that effective stimulant-free products are easily available.

If Phentramin-D were used in any clinical studies with real people and actually proved that it was effective, that would be one thing. But to fling around a bunch of unsubstantiated claims that don’t hold water – well, that’s just not cool.

Conclusion:  Because this diet pill contains stimulants, which have potential health safety risks, Weight Loss Guide.com does not recommend the purchase of Phentramin-D Diet Pills.
