Stacker 2 is made by NVE Pharmaceuticals. They claim that Stacker 2 is a powerful diet pill blend that will burn fat and eliminate food cravings. Stacker 2 was preceded by the original Stacker, which had to be pulled from the market because it contained ephedra. Stacker 2 uses a mix of stimulants that will increase metabolism and therefore aid in weight loss. However, because of the combination of caffeine, kola nut, and green tea, there is a risk of over-consumption of stimulants which can lead to jitters, nervousness, nausea, elevated heart rate and other side effects. While some of the ingredients may actually be helpful in curbing appetite and jump-starting fat burning, the high level of stimulants is not a risk worth taking.
